FYI Pricing Update
From 1 November 2026, FYI’s standard subscription pricing will change. This is FYI’s first price increase since launch and supports our continued investment in the platform, delivering new features, enhancements and integrations that help practices reduce administration, improve efficiency and get more value from FYI.
Pricing changes from 1 November 2026
Australia & New Zealand
- Pro: $50 → $55 AUD/NZD per user/month, excluding GST
- Elite: $70 → $75 AUD/NZD per user/month, excluding GST
- Intermediate: No change
United Kingdom
- Pro: £25 → £27.50 per user/month, excluding VAT
- Elite: £35 → £37.50 per user/month, excluding VAT
- Intermediate: No change
When does the new pricing take effect?
The new pricing takes effect from 1 November 2026. Your current pricing will remain in place until then. The new rate will apply from your first invoice generated on or after 1 November 2026, based on your existing billing cycle.
What if I’m currently on an Onboarding Special Offer?
Your existing Onboarding Special Offer will continue in line with its current terms.
What if my practice receives a Enterprise Network Agreement discount?
Your existing percentage discount will continue to apply and will be calculated against the new standard subscription pricing from 1 November 2026.
Do I need to do anything?
No. The change will apply automatically from your first invoice generated on or after 1 November 2026.
Will FYI pricing now increase regularly?
There is no set schedule for pricing changes. We’ll always provide advance notice of any future change.
