This 4-part series is tailored for practices that have upgraded—or are planning to upgrade—to our new and popular Elite Plan. Learn how to combine FYI’s time-saving tools you already know and love with Elite’s practice management features, driving powerful insights and automating your practice, giving you more time for more.

Each session delivers step-by-step guidance on key features, helping you and your team master best practices and maximise efficiency with FYI Elite.

In this series, we will cover:

  • Session 1: Onboarding & Data Conversion
    Explore the seamless onboarding process ensuring your FYI Elite is set up correctly from day one. We’ll take you through our WIP Migration process and how to convert your jobs into FYI’s Billing & Workflow Jobs to simplify and streamline job management and invoicing for your clients moving forward.
  • Session 2: Automate your Practice Management
    In this second session, discover how to #MakeItCount by automating your practice management. Learn how to automate your jobs, time, and invoices with Elite using our best practice automations, let FYI handle the heavy lifting for you and give you more time for more.
  • Session 3: Your Practice Data
    We understand that quick access to your practice data and gaining insights into your practice’s performance is a vital function within practice management. In this third session, we’ll show you how to maximise FYI Elite’s Reporting and Views, giving you instant access to the insights you need to stay on top of your practice’s performance.
  • Session 4: Managing Clients & Employees
    Simplify the way you manage clients and employees with FYI Elite. In the final session of our series, we’ll guide you through how to centralise your client and employee data for quick, easy access, plus, how to automate employee management to create a seamless experience for your team.
