In this session we’ll cover:
  •  PDF Management: Collate, edit and redact PDFs directly within FYI — no more downloading documents to work on them in a separate tool. Originals stay untouched, and everything stays filed against the right client.
  • Secure Link: Send sensitive documents as a verified, secure link instead of an email attachment. Once an attachment is sent you’ve lost control of it – Secure Link means you know it reached the right person, not just that it was sent.
  • Forms: Showcasing the new Rules Builder, which only shows a client the questions relevant to them, so they’re not wading through sections that don’t apply and you’re not chasing half-finished answers.
  • Automated Fixed Fee Billing (Elite): Invoice a job with no time recorded against it, manually or through automation, based on the job’s budget – built for practices moving to value-based pricing without breaking WIP.
  • What’s next: A look at other upcoming features and where FYI is heading next.
