- 3x 30m Post-live sessions to help you get the most out of Elite
Our concierge service expands on the above service and is suited for practices with multiple teams or require additional support for the upgrade. The concierge service includes the following:
- 1x 30m Kick-Off meeting to schedule your project and Go Live
- 7x 30m Setup meetings for core Elite features
- 1x 30m Go Live prep meeting to review tasks for Go Live day
- 1x 30m Post-live review to ensure migration is successful
- 3x 30m Post-live sessions to help you get the most out of Elite
