FYI is excited to announce that the Convert Excel Reports to Templates feature is now available for all practices on the Elite plan.
What does this mean for FYI users?
Instead of recreating report templates or maintaining multiple versions, FYI Admins or users with Templates permission can convert reports into reusable templates and apply them consistently. This allows users to Convert Reports from the Documents List, Create New or Update Existing Templates and Retain report structure while removing data.

Announcing the new Integration with Cradle
FYI is excited to announce a new integration with Cradle, a cloud-based phone system, replacing traditional desk phones and phone services to allow users to make and receive calls from anywhere.
