FYI is excited to announce that we are now integrated with Connectworks.

What does this mean for FYI users?

Using the integration, practices will be able to sync client and document information from FYI into Connectworks. Practices can configure the Cabinet and Categories of documents they wish to view in Connectworks and can directly open documents stored in FYI from within Connectworks.

Who is this available for?

The Connectworks integration is available for our Australia and New Zealand practices on the FYI Pro or Elite plans.

FYI is excited to announce that we are now integrated with DASH Software.

What does this mean for FYI users?

Using the integration, practices will be able to sync clients and documents from FYI into DASH Software. Practices will also be able to sync documents stored in DASH Software back into FYI.

Who is this available for?

The DASH Software integration is available for Australia and New Zealand practices on the FYI Pro or Elite plans.

FYI is excited to announce that the ability to run Automations from Lists is now available for all practices.

What does this mean for FYI users?

This feature streamlines the process of running manual processes, with users able to select clients, jobs, or documents, and run the required automation in only a few clicks.

For users with the appropriate permissions, the “Run Automation” button will be displayed on the following Lists in FYI, available from both the toolbar and the right-click menu:

• Clients
• Jobs
• Documents

This includes lists within Workspaces, for example, from the Client – Documents list.

Who is this available for?

This feature is available to all practices on the Pro and Elite plans with access to Automation processes.
