FYI is excited to announce that the ability to run Automations from Lists is now available for all practices.

What does this mean for FYI users?

This feature streamlines the process of running manual processes, with users able to select clients, jobs, or documents, and run the required automation in only a few clicks.

For users with the appropriate permissions, the “Run Automation” button will be displayed on the following Lists in FYI, available from both the toolbar and the right-click menu:

• Clients
• Jobs
• Documents

This includes lists within Workspaces, for example, from the Client – Documents list.

Who is this available for?

This feature is available to all practices on the Pro and Elite plans with access to Automation processes.

FYI is excited to announce that Universal Merge Fields are now available for all practices, commonly referred to as “Merge Fields”.

This new feature replaces the former version of Merge Fields, allowing practices to streamline processes and elevate their client and job information.

What does this mean for FYI users?

An FYI Admin, or user with permissions to manage Templates and Automations can take advantage of the new functionality by updating their templates and automations at their convenience.

Who is this available for?

Merge Fields are available for all FYI practices.

FYI has a new Learn course available now, specifically built for users on the Elite Plan to learn how to create time and disbursements and manage WIP and invoicing in FYI.

What does this mean for FYI users?

• Practices migrating to our Elite Plan now have a valuable new resource for users to learn more about creating Time and Invoices in FYI.
• All users can access learning modules any time to refresh your skills and help you get the most out of FYI.
• New employees joining your practice can use the Learn modules to get up to speed on FYI.

Learn is available to all FYI users. It is recommended that all FYI users moving to the Elite Plan should take complete this course.

FYI is now integrated with Apxium. The platform includes engagements, reminders, instalments and direct debit, with all payments posted in your PM system.

What does this mean for FYI users?

Using the integration, practices will be able to automatically file engagements from Apxium into FYI against a selected cabinet.

The Apxium integration is available for all practices on the FYI Pro or Elite plans.
