Having worked in the accounting industry for more than 16 years, Cassie has a deep understanding of the requirements for practice success. She now works across FYI’s Client Success and Product teams to ensure our clients are benefiting from the platform’s many features to save time, improve efficiencies and get maximum ROI.

Rob is a Chartered Accountant with experience working in suburban practices, and larger firms. He also spent five years at MYOB where he led the global product strategy for accountants. FYI is the fourth generation of a product concept Rob has been working on in his 20+ years developing document management solutions for accountants.

Adam is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years working in the profession where he specialised in cloud-based systems. He brings his real-world experience to our Product Team to help develop cutting edge features for the industry.

With a strong background in product development and enterprise solutions, Ben brings technical expertise and strategic vision to the Product Manager role at FYI. Having led large-scale automation projects, Ben is passionate about delivering innovative, user-focused solutions that drive efficiency and value.

With a deep background in accounting and product management, Sally has spent years shaping innovative solutions for the accounting industry. A strong advocate for client engagement, Sally has built lasting relationships with accounting firms across Australia and New Zealand. Whether gathering requirements, validating designs, or hosting client events, Sally has been a trusted voice in ensuring products align with real-world user needs.
